Eligibility: VOID IN PUERTO RICO, U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS, U.S. TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS AND WHERE PROHIBITED. Offer limited to U.S. residents who are 21 years or older. Limit one entry per household either by website entry or by mail entry.
Entry: To enter, go to www.socalnewhomes.com/angels-tickets and complete and submit the online entry form. Entrants are not required to: (a) purchase goods or services, (b) pay any money, or (c) submit to a sales promotion, to be eligible for the Sweepstakes. All entries must be completely filled out to be valid. Website entry opens at 12:00:00 am, Pacific Standard Time (PST) on July 1, 2009, and ends 11:59:59 pm., Pacific Standard Time (PST) on August 1, 2009. New Homes Magazine is not responsible for entries that are corrupted or otherwise not received correctly. Entry information will not be sold. Entrants maybe contacted by a new home affiliate.
Odds. Odds of winning depend on number of entries received.
Prize and Drawing. One (1) winner will be chosen from among all entrants by a random drawing in Costa Mesa, California on August 6, 2009. The winner will receive four home game tickets to an Angels baseball game in Section 126, to a game selected by New Homes Magazine between the dates of August 11, 2009 and October 1, 2009. No prize substitution or cash equivalent of prize. Winners will be notified by phone within five (5) days from date of the drawing. If a winner cannot be reached or does not respond within 10 days following such notification, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be chosen. Each winner hereby grants to New Homes Magazine, without further consideration the unrestricted right to use and publish his or her name, city, state and likenesses on-line and in print in any other media in con nection with the Sweepstakes, where legal. The prize will be shipped to the address stated in the winner's entry.
